Refunds and Returns

Digital products (guides and presets) are delivered instantly and are all-sales-final. If a file is broken, mis-delivered, or not as described, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we will make it right, including a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Prints: if your print arrives damaged, photograph the damage and reply to your receipt within 14 days for a free reprint or a refund. Because prints are produced to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production starts. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
